Comissions

By engaging me in any way, you agree to the terms of service:

I. GENERAL TERMS

👉Deadlines are defined in our conversation, they may vary according to the season, I commit to meeting my deadlines but I ask for patience in case something unforeseen delays me. I'll keep you informed!

👉 I only work with advance payment of the full amount or 50%

👉 Don't complain about my prices

👉Please do not claim as your own work.

👉 You are NOT allowed to use, in any way, my art as NFT or in any AI art generator.

👉 Commissions for personal use cannot be resold as products or store logos, it is only allowed for personal use or streamer.

👉 Be clear with commission details.

👉 I also have the right to work on different artworks during the commission.

👉 The final file is delivered by discord, google drive or email.

If I cannot contact the buyer to send the final file, I will post it on my Social Networks.

👉 I have the right to post, record, stream, take photos and upload commission art progress on my social media or any website.

II. PAYMENT

👉 If I am unable to deliver your commission, a refund will be issued.

👉No refunds for completed commissions.

👉 I only accept payment via paypal and PIX;

👉 For slot reservation, contact me on my social media. Then wait until your slot spins to proceed with payment.

👉 When it's your slot turn, you have to pay within 72 hours or discuss with me about the payment time, then we can proceed to the drafting step.

👉 You will have to pay 50% of the final price in advance. Then I'll send you the sketch, you pay the remaining 50% of the amount, then I'll send you the final art

III. PROCESS

👉 Be clear with your references. Maximum of 3 changes per commission

{after 3 changes a fee will be added per change}.

👉 The buyer cannot modify the commission file for personal use without my permission.

👉 You can contact me for commission status and slot number. You will have to wait until your slot spins, so be patient.

👉 If you want a specific pose, try to get a clear example, otherwise I'll use the best reference I can find.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USE POLICY

👉 For art commissions for personal use only (in case of amateur or professional streamer, you need to credit me in the BIO of your platform profile ex: youtube, twitch...)

👉 Artwork for commercial use still retains my copyright as an artist and creator. The client can use this art for brand promotion and sale products freely without paying me a percentage, but my authorship must still be recognized.

👉 Promote me anywhere or website

👉 I, the artist, own all rights to the design produced, not the commissioner.

👉 You are NOT allowed to use, in any way, my art as NFT or in any AI art generator.

👉 I have the right to post the commission on my social media or display it wherever I want.

The Commissioner is allowed to:

✔️ Use copyrighted artwork for personal use

✔️ Print the art, and claim the right to your character, but not the drawing itself.

✔️ Use art to promote yourself with due credit given to the artist

*If you infringe copyright infringement in any way, all rights you had to the design will be revoked.

It will be considered copyright infringement if:

❌ Remove any watermark or signature.

❌ Change artwork without my artist's consent

❌ Taking credit for creating art

❌ Use my art as NFT or use in AI art generator

❌ Reproduce or use the copyrighted art commercially, earning money from it in any way without my artistic consent

V. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

👉 I will do everything in my power to make my customer satisfied and happy;

However, after the commission expires, only minor changes will be allowed. Like little coloring mistakes

👉 I will do my best to maintain clear communication between myself, the artist and my client

👉 Any big change like change of clothes, change of background or anything that makes me completely redesign may be declined or added extra cost.

👉 I, the artist, can also refuse to make any further changes or add an extra fee if the commission has already reached the MAXIMUM of 3 changes per commission.

👉 In order to improve customer satisfaction, I may or may not apply some of the statements that may restrict negotiation and communication between me, the artist and the customer;

such as requiring pre-commission payment in advance, charging an extra fee for changes, uploading commission progress media online.

However, this is not bound by the Refund Policy and will only be used to improve my customer satisfaction.

4 CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

👉 I have the right to cancel and refund commission money at any time

If the commission is cancelled:

*In case of rendered art

Before draft → full refund.

After sketch → 80% refund.

After lineart → 50% cashback.

Done → no refund.

In case of chargeback:

👉 If you file a chargeback against me, all artwork I created for you will be withdrawn

👉 I have the right to sell copyrighted art to new buyers

You will be banned from hiring me again

👉 Your name will be posted publicly everywhere I want for others to watch out for.

👉 I also have the right to complain and I have all rights to the money you gave me

In case of using my art as AI Art Generator or NFT:

👉 All artwork I created for you will be withdrawn

👉 Can I take legal action

👉 I have the right to sell copyrighted art to new buyers

You will be banned from hiring me again

👉 Your name will be posted publicly everywhere I want for others to watch out for.

👉 I also have the right to complain and I have all rights to the money you gave me
